Were you looking for information about Melatonin? Mellatonin is a common misspelling of melatonin.

Melatonin, which is a naturally occurring hormone, is commonly used as a supplement for treating sleep disorders. It is also thought to be effective for treating cancer, fibromyalgia, and Alzheimer's disease. Melatonin supplements on the market today are actually synthetic versions of the hormone. Many people believe that "natural" products have no side effects, but potential side effects of melatonin include dizziness, nausea, and headaches.
