Melatonan

Were you looking for information about Melatonin? Melatonan is a common misspelling of melatonin.

Melatonin is a hormone that is commonly used as a supplement, most often for treating sleeping problems. It seems to play an important role in the circadian rhythm, which is the daily internal rhythm that regulates sleeping, waking, and other functions. Potential side effects include daytime drowsiness, dizziness, and headache. Most melatonin supplements available today are synthetic versions of the naturally occurring hormone.
